Colgate® Slim Soft™ toothbrush Review

Colgate Slim Soft™ ToothbrushI recently received a Colgate SlimSoft VoxBox Care Package from Influenster with several goodies to test and review here on GivingNSharing.

Colgate® Slim Soft™ Toothbrush:
The bristles are truly very soft! My 2 kiddos (4 & 6) had to come over and run their grubby little fingers all over the bristles OO'ing and Awwing over them - but I didn't share! No sirree!

The technical stuff:

17x slimmer tip bristles for a deep clean
6x* deeper reach between teeth and gums
1.5x** deeper access between teeth
35% more bristles for unique mouth feel
An ergonomic and flexible handle

My thoughts:
Before I switched to the regular SOFT bristles toothbrush from Colgate my gums often felt fairly tender and even thought I ended up switching ot the SOFT bristles my teeth never felt really clean and the bristles just seemed big in my mouth. The new Slim Soft is much softer and fits much nicer in my mouth, my teeth felt very clean and yet my gums didn't feel abraded which I really liked.

I think I'm going to purchase a few of these toothbrushes for my kids. I'm sitting here as I'm typing this up wondering if they have kid sized toothbrushes using the NEW Slim Soft™ technology? If not, this should be Colgate's next step!

Colgate's Advanced Whitening Toothpaste:
I also received a sample of Colgate's Advanced Whitening Toothpaste - I'll be honest I don't use Colgate toothpaste as I find it isn't "Minty" enough for me. But I found this toothpaste to be very "creamy" and it had a very nice texture. It wasn't gritty which is probably my favorite feature and I'd be apt to purchase this toothpaste in the future I think.

Disclaimer: I am part of Influenster which provided me with a toothbrush to test personally in exchange for my honest opinion. I was not required to have a positive review & no $$ exchanged hands. Thanks for reading GivingNSharing!
