Soundtracks Of Life ~ my experience of learning with a jazz pianist

I grew up loving music as a child - in fact I played the piano, cello and bass and was lucky enough to have a jazz pianist as my piano teacher. What a wonderful experience to listen to her play for me! I was privileged to have what I thought (and still do) the opportunity to learn from her and since my lessons were sporadic and I was able to teach myself for the most part she always took the time to extend my lessons from a 1/2 hour to close to 2 hours at a time (we always tried to plan my lessons when no one else was after me) - not every kid has that opportunity and Mrs Frankfurter was a True Blessing for me!

So, I am THRILLED to be able to join in the Music Lovers Giveaway this week - and I HOPE you will win (that is, IF I don't win!)!
