The 90 Day Challenge - Are you up for it?

I joined the Body by Vi 90 Day Challenge about a week ago and thought I'd share with you this awesome program. It's easy, delicious and it's successful! My friend Jennifer Jones has been doing the Challenge this last year and she has lost several sizes and it's been fun to watch her become more confident and loving her new look!

Body by Vi is a nutritional protein powder that you can mix with water, milk (you r choice, juice, etc). You can use it to maintain your weight and help with those sugar lows we all get in the afternoon. You can use it to lose weight like I am - I have 2 shakes a day - loaded with frozen fruit, a Tablespoon or two of slivered almonds, peanut butter (a powdered form from whole foods). Basically whatever trips your trigger. =D

I find that I'm full after each shake and I especially LOVE that I'm not craving sugar all the time. In fact, I had a donut and it was overly sweet to me. And that's a Super Good Thing!

One of the things that caught my attention with Body by Vi is that it's Gluten FREE and Lactose FREE!

She gave me a few (read that about 6) samples until I was sure that I would be able to tolerate the shakes (I'm extremely sensitive to whey & soy) and YAY! I've been able to take the shakes and not end up sick for 2 days. Why?

I've tried other shakes in the past and not been able to tolerate any weight loss shakes that have soy in them and Body by Vi actually uses what's called
NON-GMO Soy - GMO stands for Genetically Modified Soy) and people that are sensitive to Soy are better able to tolerate the Non-GMO version of Soy since it's the form of Soy found naturally.

Would you like to join me in the 90 Day Challenge to Lose Weight & Feel Great? I'm personally doing the Shape Kit which is 2 meals or shakes per day and then I eat a normal meal usually at lunch time. If I'm busy though I eat it at dinner time instead. The mix actually tastes sweet - like cake mix and there isn't an after taste which is a huge blessing! I'd really like a friend or two to join me. We can encourage and build each other up to success! More Information: Jenn Jones - please tell her you talked to me - Tina Peterson
