Mother of Pearl Mother's Day blog series ~ Introduction

ImageProxyServlet

For the next 9 days we are going to celebrate Mothers and their unique perspective on being a Mother. Each of these ladies has learned a lesson - sometimes the hard way - that taught them to leave their children in God' hands.

Be sure to visit each day for the next week & a half for the following nuggets of wisdom:

Day 1 - How I learned to give up control by Sue Edwards
Day 2 - The mom who gives freedom by Christy Fitzwater
Day 3 - Mizpah by Margaret McSweeney
Day 4 - Waterspot Mothering by Cynthia Ruchti
Day 5 - Daughter Sing Softly by Lesli A Westfall
Day 6 - History has a way of repeating itself by Tricia Goyer
Day 7 - History has a way of repeating itself by Tricia Goyer
Day 8 - History has a way of repeating itself by Tricia Goyer
Day 9 - History has a way of repeating itself by Tricia Goyer

Hmmm - Days 6 thru 9 have me very curious. How about you?

Along with a few well chosen words from "Mom", Pearl Girls is also giving away a pearl necklace and a JOYN India bag. You can enter at the bottom of any Mother of Pearl post during the next 9 days. The contest runs 5/4-5/13, and the winner will be announced on 5/14. Contest is only open to U.S. residents.
