Meet The Monsters
Each little moster has their own story and you can use these stories to teach your kids about healthy foods and how they help our bodies grow.
Scout's favorite color is ORANGE and he loves learning how to cook and how healthy foods make him FEEL good! Scout says:
"When I don't eat healthy my body feels sluggish and I want to go to sleep ~ and that isn't good for sports!"

You might consider prepacking your snack bags if you use crackers, mini cookies, etc and then pack up healthy snacks like fruit, carrots, etc on a daily basis.
