Potato Growing ~ container gardening

I'm going to be watching a couple of school age kids this summer and I thought we'd try our hand at growing a "pizza" garden. I already have the pots, soil and just need to get a kit for each of the kids to use to grow their very own garden. 

While I've been doing my "research" I came across a great site called kidsgardening.org which is part of the National Gardening Association and focuses on Kids Gardening activities and lessons that parents & schools can use. They also focus on eco lessons and learning about water, outdoor living and environmental stewardship by building rain gardens, donating gardens and produce and more.
